Description
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.
- Assist management in developing events/incentives that will continue to grow. customer base, with particular emphasis on building local market.
- Communicate directly with your Manager on new product shipments, out of stock products, promotions, etc.
Customer Service
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers so they receive a personalized shopping experience.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele.
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work directly with management and staff on various customer service issues i.e. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, system issues.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years sales experience with a related retailer
- A keen sense of current fashion trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong interest in interior design, home furnishings, and Customer Relationships
- Previous experience in retail sales, home decor, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with people.
- Ability to balance creative problem-solving with practical sales skills.
- Knowledge of furniture, textiles, and design trends is a plus.
