Description

• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
• Assist management in developing events/incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis on building local market
• Communicate directly with your Manager on new product shipments, out of stock products, promotions, etc.

Customer Service

• Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers so they receive a personalized shopping experience
• Build and maintain repeat clientele
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
• Work directly with management and staff on various customer service issues i.e. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, system issues

Requirements And Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience with a related retailer
• A keen sense of current fashion trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong interest in interior design, home furnishings, and Customer Relationships
• Previous experience in retail sales, home decor, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with people
• Ability to balance creative problem-solving with practical sales skills
• Knowledge of furniture, textiles, and design trends is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
