Description
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
- Assist management in developing events/incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis on building local market
- Communicate directly with your Manager on new product shipments, out of stock products, promotions, etc.
Customer Service
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers so they receive a personalized shopping experience
- Build and maintain repeat clientele
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
- Work directly with management and staff on various customer service issues i.e. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, system issues
Requirements And Qualifications
- 2 years sales experience with a related retailer
- A keen sense of current fashion trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong interest in interior design, home furnishings, and Customer Relationships
- Previous experience in retail sales, home decor, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with people
- Ability to balance creative problem-solving with practical sales skills
- Knowledge of furniture, textiles, and design trends is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
