Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide excellent service.
- On-Call Duties: Be available for occasional on-call work to address urgent staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, and human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
