There is an opening for
Full Time Receptionist
Tuesday - Sat 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Basic skills required are: polished telephone technique, proficiency in Word, Excel, database management, proofreading skills and a working knowledge of the internet and email.
Essential Functions
- Answers the main Club telephone; transfers calls to proper extensions; greets members and guests, assists members and fulfills member requests
- Take dining reservations, input to the computer system and assist with floor diagram
Additional Responsibilities
- Create email campaigns for daily menu specials
- Performs general office work such as word processing, operating copy, laminating & fax machines
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Collects and posts outgoing mail (including overnight mail services)
- Maintain appearance of reception, copy room and lobby areas
- Performs other duties and special projects as required by the General Manager/COO, Membership Director or other department heads to achieve Club goals
- Notary Public in the state of Florida preferred
