Location : Palo Alto, CA Schedule : Full-time, M-F

Position Summary : Manage and operate the wastewater treatment system in our plating facility. This role ensures compliance with environmental regulations, maintains proper chemical balances, and performs routine system maintenance to support safe and efficient wastewater treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment, including pH adjustment systems, filtration units, and chemical dosing pumps.
• Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Adjust chemical feed rates to maintain optimal treatment efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of treatment processes, test results, and system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of wastewater treatment systems.
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
• Assist with environmental audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant environmental and safety regulations.
• Train employees on wastewater management best practices as needed.
