Job Description
Candidate will:
- Receive and process all patients in obtaining all necessary information for all services rendered at the facility.
- Work closely with all hospital departments, physician offices, personnel, patients and the public.
This position falls under the clerical not clinical role with a financial services subcategory.
Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer and typing skills, computer applications, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and accuracy in basic spelling and math skills.
- Good interpersonal relations including working well with others.
- Outstanding customer service skills required.
