What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Entry Clerk position at Hammond & Irving, Inc.?
Hammond & Irving, Inc. is seeking to fill an opening for an Order Entry Clerk position at our Auburn, NY office. This is a full-time, permanent position for an energetic and self-motivated person. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Verify and enter all orders into our system
- Produce Certification of Analysis as needed
- Work with electronic transfer of data for customer purchase orders and changes
- Import customer data into our system allowing for customer forecasts
- Work closely with Sales Team
- Other General Office duties to include assisting in answering phones and filing as needed
- Cross train for other positions as needed
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- High School diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of office experience
