What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Swim Coach (Stipend Position) position at Hammond School?
- Plan and conduct weekday practices (Monday-Thursday).
- Schedule and communicate weekday and weekend swim meets.

Accompany athletes on bus to and from practices and meets.
- Manage and order team equipment.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
- Ensure compliance with school, league, and safety regulations.
- Experience in swim coaching or competitive swimming.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Completion of required NFHS Learn coursework and paperwork.
- Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Weekday practices and meets, with occasional weekends.
- Additional time for planning and administrative tasks.
- Stipend based on experience and qualifications.
Reporting: The Head Swim Coach reports to the Athletic Director.
