Responsibilities

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to patients' personal needs and comfort.
• Transport patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompany them to outside appointments.
• Participate in the care planning process and implement care according to the care plan.

Qualifications

A successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification are required.
