Nursing Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
- Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments, delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants, and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care.
Key Qualifications: A graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
