Job Description
A successful Unit Manager/Director - RN will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high-quality care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit. This includes ensuring that patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Genesis HealthCare and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
