Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team for the weekend 7PM-7AM shift at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Hammonton, NJ.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining nursing guidelines, scheduling and assigning nurses and staff, and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality nursing care.
- Lead a team of nurses, ensuring resident care requirements are met.
- Establish a supportive environment by providing emotional support to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey RN License required.
- Proven experience in Long Term Care necessary.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
