Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties:
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitor residents and administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Document resident care services by charting in resident and department records
- Protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolve resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
- Avoid delays and maintain quality of care by following facility philosophies and standards of care
- Maintain resident confidentiality and trust by keeping information private
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license required
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred
- Basic computer skills essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
