Mile Tree: 20 days @ up to 5 hours per day
Soule: 15 days @ up to 5 hours per day
MRHS/Transition: 20 days @ up to 5 hours per day
Additional hours will be offered to prepare for the program.
SALARY:$40.00 per hour (per Unit A contract)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
•Development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
•Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data.
•Provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
•Train faculty and staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies.
•Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators, therapists, and medical personnel.
•Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment decisions.
•Generate reports and documentation related to student progress.
Salary : $40
