Assignment Overview:

- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Hours: Night shift, 7:00pm to 7:00am (3x12 hour shifts)
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, every other holiday
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (20 or 26 weeks)
Requirements:
- Required Certifications: BLS and VA State License or Compact
- Years of Experience: 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Work Environment:
- Number of Beds: 14 beds on the unit
- Patient Ratios: Estimated patient ratios are 16:1, but may vary
- Equipment: Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system using EPIC
- Type of Patients: Adult and Geriatric population
Dress Code:
- Scrubs: Blue scrub color required
