Hiring Immediately - Account Executive No Sales Experience Required

Job Description:

Hampstead Pre-Owned is looking for hard working and driven account executives to develop relationships with our customers.

We sell 40-60 cars a week to our clientele in Hampstead, Maryland and we are always looking to grow. With enough hard work this role can grow into a lucrative career opportunity. Our account executives typically earn 60-90k a year. Top performers earn up to 120k . All of our full time employees have access to an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast paced sales environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet & assist customers

• Help customers find the vehicles they are looking for

• Make vehicle suggestions based on the customers needs

• Demonstrate vehicles features

• Take customers on test drives

• Build relationships with your customers

• Work independently throughout the day

Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Can drive manual transmission(stick shift) vehicles

• Good organizational skills

• Capable communicator

• On time and prepared to work

• Reliable, can follow directions 

• Able to excel in a fast paced environment 

Experience:

We are looking for candidates who have worked with customers in a previous role. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
