Job Description :
We sell about 200 cars a month, so we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public / client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual if needed.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Greet & assist customers
- Maintain & upkeep the sales floor
- Take customers on test drives
- Solve any problems the customer may have
- Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
- Build customer relationships to drive sales
- Set a clear goal for your sales performance
- Show up on time
- Adhere to uniform requirements
- Work independently throughout the day
Qualifications(Certifications, Skills) :
Experience :
We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
Average Yearly Compensation : up to $120,000
