What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journey Level Millwright position at Hampton Affiliates?
Overview
The position of journey level millwright will be responsible for understanding their mechanics of working machinery, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment and facilities on the plant site. Will have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.Wage : $29.30 - 41.06 $ ($60,944 - $85,280 annually) which does not include any applicable shift differential. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.Work Schedule : Friday-Sunday 5 : 00am-3 : 30pm, followed by one 10 hour shift one day during the week. Day to be determined. The schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the facility.
