Assistant General Manager
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the hotel
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction
- Manage and supervise staff in various departments, including bartending, food production, catering, and banquet
- Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist in budgeting and financial management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of bartending, food production, catering, banquet, and coffee services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the industry
