- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage reservations using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
