Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition.
• Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be physically capable of performing the duties required, including lifting and moving items as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
