Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
