Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist in managing guest relations by resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in guest services or front desk operations is highly valued.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed in the hospitality industry.
