Duties
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, and other appliances.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including cooking simple breakfast items.
- Monitor food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel settings or banquet services.
