Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Stock and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests related to breakfast
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide excellent guest service
Skills:
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with banquet or buffet service is a plus
- Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or Aloha POS for guest check-ins or orders is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional delivery driver duties
