What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Hampton by Hilton?
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. We are looking for 2 candidates willing to work early hours to serve breakfast to guests 3-4 days a week. Hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 5am to 10am
Saturday/Sunday: 6am-11am
Responsibilities:
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous and service oriented manner.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
- Clean tables and coffee bar as needed and before the end of shift
- Must wash/put away any pots, pans, dishes, etc that are used during your shift
- Make sure the breakfast area stays stocked and cook/replenish food as needed throughout your shift
Qualifications:
- Must have basic cooking skills
- Must be able to work the days/hours discussed upon hire. (Hours are posted above)
- Ability to perform job function with attention to detail speed and accuracy
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Understanding of hotel products and guest services
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a desire to be of service to others
- Possess a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation service standards, guest relations and etiquette

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
