Hampton Inn Topeka is a limited service hotel focused on providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and clean, comfortable accommodations. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and handling general front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phones and handle guest inquiries or concerns
- Manage reservations via phone, online systems, and walk-ins
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using computers and basic hotel management systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
