Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems.
- Schedule and manage reservations using hotel software.
- File documents and maintain organized office systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Maintain clean front desk and lobby areas with routine maintenance tasks
- Provide support to guests while both in house and booking reservations.
- Perform routine tasks each shift to ensure neat and stocked desk and shop areas.
- Perform duties while following Hilton and property specific guidelines and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office practices is essential.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing tasks.
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
