Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette and systems to assist guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with F&B department is a preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
