We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies and hallways, are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels as needed.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality services.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
