Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Skills
- Experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills within a hospitality environment.
- Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
