Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a hotel environments, including hotels, and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming in a timely manner.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
• Clean carpets and upholstery as needed to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the property.
• Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with custodial duties in commercial cleaning settings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
