Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required by hotel standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to housekeeping management protocols.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks during off-peak times.
- Uphold hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality.
Skills
- Strong custodial skills with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
