Responsibilities
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure that all guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
- Handle front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during overnight hours.
- Assist with any additional front desk duties as required, including managing reservations and responding to guest requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and accounting procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
