What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent position at Hampton by Hilton?
We are looking for motivated part time team members interested in moving to full time for multiple positions.
Shift hours available are
NA 10pm-6am Fri, Sat., Sun.
You will be responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. They make room reservations, provide information and services to guests, receive payment for services, and accomodate the guests in any way you can.
- Act as a host by warmly welcoming our guests when they arrive.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Keep office area nice and tidy
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Completing Night Audit Duties
Qualifications and Skills
- High School degree / or equivalent required
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
