Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including room charges and payments.
- Monitor phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits.
- Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness and safety in all areas of the property.

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
