Responsibilities

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
- Monitor phone systems and respond promptly to guest calls.
- Provide assistance with concierge services, including local recommendations and reservations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or as a Night Auditor is preferred.
