Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a variety of technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a safe and functional environment.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on rooms and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct repairs in various areas including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Maintain pool temperatures and chemical balance.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs or improvements.
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Pool and hot tub experience required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.

- Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Pool Operator (Required)
