- Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction based on student needs.
- Develop, revise, and evaluate curriculum to meet the needs of the students.
- Analyze data on student performance to effectively adapt curriculum and targeted instruction to ensure students master learning standards.
- Maintain current records on all students, including accurate attendance records.
- Organize and maintain the learning lab area, including equipment and materials.
- Participate in regularly scheduled training sessions.
- Implement restorative practices and have excellent classroom management skills.
- Work closely with instructional leaders.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must possess or be eligible for a teaching license with an endorsement in any high-school level subject issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Must demonstrate competency with technology and a desire to facilitate learning using web-based instruction.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively solve problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The eLearning facilitator works under the direction of the executive principal and is responsible for facilitating high school online courses for credits toward a standard diploma. The facilitator will incorporate direct instruction, synchronous and asynchronous virtual learning, discussion, projects, and cooperative work to engage students and promote college, career, and life-readiness.
