Pay: $16 an hour

Job purpose:
The Locker Room Attendant / Bartender provides exceptional service by crafting beverages and maintaining a clean bar area, while also ensuring the locker room is organized and stocked with luxury amenities. They deliver personalized service to members, upholding high standards of professionalism, discretion, and hospitality in both areas.
Duties and responsibilities Bartender:
- Craft and serve classic and custom cocktails, wine, and spirits with expert knowledge.
- Provide personalized beverage recommendations based on member preferences.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and organized bar area.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate with vendors for premium selections.
- Uphold high standards of discretion, ensuring a private and relaxed atmosphere.
- Handle payments and member accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Duties and responsibilities Locker Room Attendant:
- Maintain the locker room’s cleanliness, organization, and luxury amenities.
- Provide members with towels, toiletries, and personalized services upon request.
- Ensure lockers are secure and assist members with any locker-related needs.
- Anticipate and fulfill member requests, such as refreshments or grooming items.
- Monitor and replenish high-end products, ensuring an upscale experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Polish golf shoes when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end bartending experience; club, hotel, or fine-dining experience preferred.
- Knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or locker room setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a discreet and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and provide seamless service in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Working conditions
Work is primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure. Potential exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils, harmful chemicals.

Physical requirements
Good organizational and verbal skills. Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues. Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitor and develop subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas and write and read member communication.
Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., and up to 20 lbs. frequently. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting and grasping. Ability to consistently lift, carry and load adaptive and other sports equipment that may weigh 20 or more pounds, and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
Please be advised that all work that requires the use of a ladder more than 8 ft. long must be reviewed by Hampton Golf’s Club Maintenance person. Following an assessment of the situation, a determination will be made as to whether a maintenance team member or subcontractors will perform the necessary maintenance task. No other staff member is authorized to climb to heights exceeding 8 ft. and/or perform such maintenance. In addition, personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings and/or from using scaffolding.
