PipeStone Golf Club is seeking Server / Bartenders to join our F&B team!
Pay: $8.00 an hour tips
Schedule: Part-time (with potential for full-time in the future); year-round position; weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
Pipetone is an 18-hole, par 72 facility owned by the city of Miamisburg. The golf course offers a challenge to all levels of players with its rolling terrain, undulating greens and spectacular vistas that add to the enjoyment of the game.

Job purpose
As a Server/Bartender, you will provide excellent service to our members and guests, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere while serving food and beverages.
Duties and responsibilities Server
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accurate delivery.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu, specials, and wine pairings.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Performs other duties as requested.
Duties and responsibilities Bartender
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
- Take drink orders, mix and garnish drinks according to recipes and member / guest preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Monitor member /guest behavior and adhere to all laws and club policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Provide excellent customer service, making sure every guest feels valued and taken care of.
- Maintain knowledge of the club’s policies, menus, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
- Ensure the bar and dining areas are stocked, clean, and presentable.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous server and bartender experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
