Key Responsibilities:
Coaching Duties:
Develop and implement a comprehensive girls basketball program for grades 7-12.
Plan, organize, and conduct regular practice sessions to develop athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Develop game strategies and lead the team during competitions.
Monitor and assess the performance of student-athletes, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that emphasizes discipline, respect, and personal growth.
Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and in good condition.
Collaborate with other coaches, athletic trainers, and school staff to support the overall athletic program.
Teaching Duties:
Develop and deliver engaging health and physical education curriculum for middle and high school students.
