Experience with PEP Computer application will move you to the top of the line.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Provide support for special requests or events, ensuring all guest needs are met during their stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
