```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties including balancing and reconciling hotel transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises during the night shift
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
-Restocking the Suite Shop with Items as well as making goody bags for the next day.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in operating phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
