What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Front Desk Associate position at Hampton Inn and Suites Uptown University?
We are looking for someone part-time that is available to work 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm shifts. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Hilton PEP training is preferred; but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Summary
A Front Desk Associate is responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer any questions guests have
- Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Store any luggage guests have
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
