About the Role:

A well-established hotel is seeking a skilled and motivated Front Desk Manager to lead the front office team and ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide top-tier customer service.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the lobby area.
  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management of front desk employees.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or management role required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
