Duties:
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning utensils, and restocking food items
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures during food preparation
- Use knives and other kitchen tools safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a smooth breakfast service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
