- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow in the dining area.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas.
