Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition.
- Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues and necessary repairs.
- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance requests and manage work orders efficiently.
- Assist in the installation and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to address guest concerns regarding facility issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
- Support special projects as needed, including fabrication or painting tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and guests.
- Experience with CMMS is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
- Basic residential painting skills are beneficial for upkeep tasks.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
