Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Hampton Inn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the guest room ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing/disinfecting guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas as well as other surfaces.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and thorough manner.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries to ensure guest comfort.
- Change bed linens and make beds daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms to meet our high standards.
- Assist in helping other housekeepers with their rooms if you are done earlier than expected.
- Assist in Laundry department as needed, including washing, drying, folding and ironing linens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Housekeeping & Laundry roles are Preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
